01 General Agreement

By accessing or using the wave2d website and platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

02 Account Registration & User Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be 21 years old or above to use the wave2d platform. Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. wave2d may request proof of age at any time, and failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Individual Accounts

Each player may only hold one wave2d account at a time. Opening multiple accounts that appear to belong to the same player (known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If detected, all related accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate and up to date. wave2d reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests from accounts registered with false information.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) private and must not share them with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify wave2d support immediately.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Accepted payment methods at wave2d are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All deposits must be made from your own account — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks
Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
Withdrawal processing time — 5–30 minutes (under normal conditions)

3.2 Withdrawal Process

To submit a withdrawal request, you must first complete the account verification process. After wave2d reviews your request, funds are normally transferred within 5–30 minutes. Delays during busy periods may occur due to banking processes outside wave2d's control.

3.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Where a bonus is involved, withdrawals are only permitted once the Wagering Requirement has been met. If cash advance behaviour or money laundering attempts are detected, withdrawals will be blocked pending investigation.

04 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

wave2d offers first-time depositors a bonus equal to 200% of their deposit amount, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

Example —

Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you 60,000 Ks to play with; wagering requirement: 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks
Deposit 120,000 Ks → receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you 220,000 Ks to play with; wagering requirement: 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. The contribution rate toward the wagering requirement may vary by game, and is specified separately in each game category's terms.

4.3 Bonus Terms

Each bonus is limited to one player, one account, one IP address, and one payment method.
A bonus must meet the wagering requirement before it becomes cashable.
If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be forfeited.
wave2d reserves the right to change bonus-related terms without prior notice.

05 Game Rules

5.1 Player Responsibility

Players are responsible for their own gaming decisions and should manage their finances accordingly. Gambling is for entertainment — make sure you understand the risk of losses before you play.

5.2 Game and Transaction Rules

The game rules displayed within each game and the platform rules apply simultaneously. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, play will resume from the last recorded state, and any financial disputes will be resolved using the recorded data.

5.3 Problematic Game Manipulation

Players found to have intentionally exploited technical bugs in games to obtain abnormal or irregular rewards may have the relevant winnings voided and their accounts suspended by wave2d.

5.4 Football Betting

All football betting must follow wave2d's odds and market rules. wave2d's decision is final on any adjustments related to changes in match results.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wave2d platform—

Money Laundering and other illegal financial activities
Playing using bots, scripts, or automated tools
Collusion between players to manipulate games
Renting or selling an account to a third party
Providing false or misleading personal information
Attempting to copy, modify, or damage wave2d's services

wave2d may suspend or close a player's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons—

A breach of these terms and conditions is detected
To apply responsible gambling protections (self-exclusion requested)
A legal directive is received
Suspicion of money laundering or fraud arises

9.2 Account Closure by the Player
